How to Deposit

Fund your wallet with USDC on BNB Smart Chain to start trading.

What You Need

To trade on OddsForge, you need two things in your wallet on BNB Smart Chain:

  1. USDC (BEP-20) — The stablecoin used for all trades on OddsForge. Each USDC is worth $1.00.
  2. BNB — A small amount for gas fees (transaction fees on BSC). Typically less than $0.01 per transaction.

Always verify you're using the correct token address.

Option 1: From a Centralized Exchange

The easiest way to fund your wallet is to withdraw USDC from a crypto exchange (Binance, Coinbase, OKX, etc.) directly to your wallet on BSC.

Steps:

  1. Buy USDC on your preferred exchange (Binance, Coinbase, etc.).
  2. Go to Withdraw and select USDC.
  3. Paste your wallet address (from MetaMask or Coinbase Wallet).
  4. Select the BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) network — this is critical! Do not select ERC-20 or other networks.
  5. Enter the amount and confirm the withdrawal.
  6. Wait 1-5 minutes for the transaction to confirm on BSC.

Important: Always select BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) as the withdrawal network. Sending USDC on the wrong network (e.g., Ethereum ERC-20) will result in funds not appearing in your BSC wallet.

Option 2: Bridge from Other Chains

If you already have USDC on another blockchain (Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, etc.), you can bridge it to BSC:

These bridges typically take 2-15 minutes and charge a small fee.

Option 3: Buy Crypto Directly

Some wallets allow you to buy crypto directly using a credit card or bank transfer:

Getting BNB for Gas

Each transaction on BSC requires a tiny amount of BNB for gas fees. Gas on BSC is extremely cheap — typically $0.003 - $0.01 per transaction.

You can get BNB by:

💡
Pro tip: $1-2 worth of BNB is enough for hundreds of transactions on BSC. You don't need much!

Verify Your Balance

After depositing, verify your funds are on BSC:

  1. Open your wallet (MetaMask / Coinbase Wallet).
  2. Make sure you're on the BNB Smart Chain network.
  3. Check that you see your USDC and BNB balances.
  4. If USDC doesn't appear, you may need to add the token manually using the contract address above.
